R&D Group Lead Scientist

• Lead the invention and engineering of next-generation alloys using computational materials science and experimental metallurgy.
• Improve and optimize metal powder manufacturing processes and develop process parameters for target microstructures.
• Analyze experimental data to drive process improvements and new product development.
• Build and manage a high-performing R&D team, mentoring early career metallurgists.

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related field with 5+ years industry experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead product/process development projects and communicate across the organization.
