Raiser's Edge Data Processing and Management Consultant - Remote

Core responsibilities include:

• Dedicated gift processing including entering and batching gifts, updating donor records, and generating acknowledgment letters
• Database management augmentation including lists, queries, exports, reporting, data cleanup, and imports
• Clear and proactive communication with clients and team members
• Strong project and time management to meet client needs and deadlines

This role supports nonprofit organizations by managing their fundraising data and gift processing, enabling them to focus on their missions and maximize their impact through efficient operations.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Raiser's Edge experience (RENXT required)
• Strong independent work habits and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload and deadlines without close supervision
• Experience working directly with development staff

Compensation as a 1099 contractor:

• $35/hour for Gift Processing work
• $45–$55/hour for Database Management work
• $100/hour for Project-Based Consulting
• Remote and flexible work arrangement
• Potential for growth as client needs evolve

Activist Consulting provides fundraising data consulting and staffing to nonprofit organizations, delivering long-term and interim database management, gift processing, and project-based data consulting primarily for clients using Raiser's Edge NXT and Salesforce.
