QUESST Co-Chair; 2026-2027

• Hire and lead a team for positions in areas such as speakers, sponsorship, logistics, marketing, and finance
• Plan and execute the QUESST competition under the guidance of the Director of Clubs & Conferences
• Work with your team to create an engaging, informative, and professional conference

This role helps cultivate innovation and empower Queen's students to champion positive change by creating sustainable solutions that foster positive influence on both society and the environment.

• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to hire and manage a diverse team across multiple functional areas
• Experience or interest in event planning and execution

This position will help you develop many different skills and make many new friends who you will work with to plan an engaging, informative, and professional conference.
