Quality Manager – Renewable Energy

Core responsibilities for the Quality Manager – Renewable Energy position:

• Lead, develop, implement, and manage QA/QC processes across renewable energy projects including microgrid, solar, wind, battery energy storage systems, and high voltage substations
• Develop and maintain Sargent Electric's quality vision, policies, and objectives while designing and overseeing a comprehensive Quality Management System
• Standardize QA/QC procedures, workflows, and inspection protocols across geographically dispersed projects
• Conduct audits, site visits, and project quality reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and construction best practices

This role creates positive change by ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance in renewable energy projects, contributing to the development of sustainable energy infrastructure that reduces environmental impact and promotes clean energy adoption.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Proven leadership and coordination of geographically dispersed teams
• Clear, concise communication and documentation skills with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Expertise in process standardization and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with digital QA/QC tools and platforms (Procore, SharePoint, FTQ360, etc.) for inspections, reporting, and quality data analysis
