Quality Manager

• Ensure Aertssen's assembly and PDI activities comply with JLG Quality Acceptance Criteria (QAC).
• Conduct inspections and audits at various process stages (incoming, in-process, and final).
• Lead issue resolution for nonconformities and track Out-of-the-Box (OTB) performance.
• Verify adherence to JLG's quality standards and certification processes.

This role ensures that all machines assembled or inspected at Aertssen meet JLG's quality standards and customer requirements, driving continuous improvement in subcontracted operations to enhance product safety and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly quality.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
