Quality Lead Software & System Design

• Support the Discipline Process Owner(s) to ensure uniform implementation of processes, reliable tools, and adequate employee training.
• Collect and consolidate quality-related questions from Quality Assurance Managers and Customers, addressing them transversally.
• Ensure critical action plans are implemented timely, assess their efficiency, and analyze root causes for corrective measures.
• Ensure customer concerns and expectations are understood and effectively managed.

This role ensures high-quality, reliable rail systems that contribute to safe and sustainable transportation, reducing environmental impact and improving public mobility.

• 10 years of Engineering/Quality Assurance experience in Railway Industry or comparable industry.
• +5 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action Implementation, Failure Investigation and reporting.
• +5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM).
• B.S. in Software/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Process Improvement training (Six Sigma, DMAIC).

Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan): $104,840 - $134,623 (CAD).
