Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate Installation and Commissioning, product and systems reliability requirements in alignment with Global Quality & Operations and Product Reliability Program initiatives
- Ensure proper and timely coordination for resolution of Installation, Commissioning, warranty and after sales processes, product and equipment failures
- Integrate Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement methodologies within the Service department and serve as generator and coordinator of ideas for improvements
- Provide daily support to service team in process and product quality matters and coordinate resources for quality and reliability improvements

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Completion of University degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering)
- 3 or more years of reliability experience in continuous process manufacturing environments
- Experience with Quality tools, Continuous Improvement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and projects
- Experience facilitating Root Cause and Failure Analysis and familiarity with condition monitoring tools
