Quality Analyst (Remote)

Core responsibilities:

• Extract and compile QA/QC data from platforms like Sunscreen into structured datasets and automate reporting workflows using Power BI, Excel, and API integrations
• Conduct Pareto and root cause analyses to identify recurring quality issues and performance bottlenecks, monitoring first-pass yield and defect rates
• Collaborate with Regional Quality Managers and field teams to standardize inspection procedures and support SOP/SWI development
• Review QA/QC-related contract clauses to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements and track contract deliverables

This role supports continuous improvement and operational excellence in utility-scale solar projects by transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory standards, and driving data-informed decision-making that enhances project quality and efficiency.

Required skills and experience:

• 3–5 years in quality analysis, project controls, or data analytics within construction or renewable energy sectors
• Familiarity with solar PV systems, civil and electrical scopes, and QA/QC workflows
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Sunscreen, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear narratives
