Mission
What you will drive
- Administer customer feedback process for all plants including issuing, reviewing, and reporting on cases
- Champion all facets of the Customer Feedback process including interfacing with customers to collect feedback and provide results
- Determine when defective batteries should be returned for RCCA analysis and provide authorization for returns
- Update documents pertaining to processes utilized by the Customer Quality Team and provide required documentation for meetings

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- High school diploma required with three years' relevant experience in quality and manufacturing preferably in an ISO environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Word, Excel, and Database with proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and chart creation
- 3+ years experience with customer/technical support and strong attention to detail for accurate data reporting
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship skills for customers, colleagues and senior management personnel
