Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities as Qlean Co-Captain:

  • Steward the club in the direction of your vision, ensuring organizational structure fosters collaboration and building technical projects that teach members new skills
  • Lead project executives, help them run projects logistically and technically, and resolve internal tensions and delegation of responsibilities
  • Advertise, interview, and hire project executives who will lead projects and run sponsorships
  • Professionally represent Qlean with external sponsors/alumni to secure funding and partnerships, and network with industry professionals for speaker series

  • Networking and relationship-building skills to consult with faculty advisors, develop relationships across engineering faculty, and establish connections with Smith Administration
