QA Lead

• Collaborate with product delivery teams, programme implementation teams, and clients to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Promote and embed QA processes, best practices, and standards across different domains.
• Create and deliver test plans for complex software systems, managing resources, priorities, scope, and risk.
• Coach engineers, product managers, and engineering leads to empower delivery teams to own product quality.

This role ensures the reliability and quality of Kaluza's intelligent energy platform, which enables utilities to accelerate the transition to net-zero, making renewable energy sustainable, affordable, and accessible for all.

• Experience as a Quality partner for product delivery teams, advising on testing and QA across the SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of creating Test Automation Frameworks and leading automation engineers.
• Experience automating test suites for APIs in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation. Additional benefits include progressive leave policies, annual discretionary bonus, dedicated personal learning and home office budgets, flexible hybrid working (2-3 days in Melbourne CBD office), 26 days holiday, novated leasing, and purchase leave.
