Mission
What you will drive
- Lead PV capacity testing and performance validation in accordance with ASTM E2848, delivering accurate assessments of plant performance.
- Resolve plant performance challenges by analyzing DC collection systems and large-scale plant data to identify root causes of underperformance.
- Advance energy modeling and long-term optimization by developing PV energy models and evaluating degradation trends.
- Strengthen DC collection system reliability and technical standards through engineering expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in PV energy modeling, utility-scale solar engineering, or with an independent power producer.
- Direct experience supporting utility-scale solar projects through commissioning, capacity testing, or operational performance engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise conducting ASTM E2848 PV capacity and performance testing.
