Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain ownership of PV module technology, energy modeling, performance and production estimates for PV Solar projects
- Manage engineering consultants and Independent Engineers' final deliverables during project financing
- Own technology and product selection including tracker systems and DC collection/wire management systems
- Lead cross-functional design and PV optimization efforts targeting the lowest Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE)

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- BS in Engineering required; MS or PhD in Engineering preferred
- Minimum 6 years of technical experience with ownership of PV performance and production estimates on utility scale PV systems
- Material science based research/development on PV module technology with solid background in thin-film, CdTe PV technology
- Experience managing scope and deliverables of an Independent Engineer through successful financing
- Must have knowledge and understanding of scripting languages to automate engineering calculations (e.g., VBA, Matlab, Python)
