Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (1099/NY)

• Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care
• Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health's network of licensed therapists
• Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (telehealth) setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, and outside providers

This role creates positive change by broadening access to affordable, high-quality mental health care for children and adolescents, particularly for the 50% of children in the US with mental health issues who do not currently receive care.

• Fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in NY
• Minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP specifically working with children and adolescents post clinicals
• Must have reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• DEA number or openness to acquiring one

Malpractice insurance provided by Fort Health. Supportive clinical and administrative support team, collegial team-based environment, and being part of a quickly growing innovative startup company.

Pay rates: $110 for 55-minute Initial Assessment, $55 for 20/30-minute Patient Session, $83 for 45-minute Patient Session. Onboarding/Training paid at $50/hr.
