Mission
What you will drive
- Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health's network of licensed therapists
- Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (telehealth) setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, and outside providers

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in NY
- Minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP specifically working with children and adolescents post clinicals
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- DEA number or openness to acquiring one
