Protein and Dairy Sourcing Manager

• Develop and execute procurement strategy for protein and dairy products to ensure consistent supply for food banks.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, producers, and processors to secure donations and cost-effective purchases.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure compliance with food safety standards for perishable goods.

This role directly reduces food insecurity by securing nutritious protein and dairy products for distribution to food banks and nonprofits, filling nutrient gaps for thousands of families in the Southeast.

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in food sourcing, procurement, or agricultural industry sales.
• Deep knowledge of protein and dairy supply chain, including cold storage logistics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
