Prospect Development Team Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Co-lead oversight and execution of comprehensive project tracking for team quarterly and annual projects and goals
• Provide administrative and project management support including processing correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and coordinating team activities
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and current staff, maintaining documentation and seeking continuous improvement
• Coordinate annual planning processes such as Strategic Planning, Quarterly Metrics Reviews, and Budgeting in coordination with Director

This role supports Earthjustice's development department by increasing efficiency and accountability in fundraising efforts, helping to maximize donor engagement and resources to advance the organization's environmental protection mission during this critical moment.

Required qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Proficient in MS Excel and skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple data sources
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to research, interpret, and validate data across systems
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Highly organized, adaptable self-starter with strong documentation and time-management skills

Salary ranges by location:

• San Francisco, CA: $94,700 - $105,200
• Washington, DC, Chicago, IL, or Los Angeles, CA: $90,000 - $100,000
• Denver, CO, or Philadelphia, PA: $85,200 - $94,700
• North Carolina or New Orleans, LA: $80,600 - $89,500
• Remote locations: $80,600 - $105,200 (depending on specific location)
