Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead portfolio management for the Justice Partners team, including quarterly portfolio reviews, donor strategy sessions, and pipeline management to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage prospect pipeline activity, ensure data quality, and support the transition to a new CRM.
  • Conduct prospect research and prepare profiles and briefings to support midlevel gift officers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of donor engagement activities and support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong database management skills, including CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
