Prospect Development Analyst

• Lead portfolio management for the Justice Partners team, including planning and facilitating quarterly portfolio review meetings and tracking donor movement.
• Manage prospect pipeline activity, ensure data quality, and support CRM transition.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare profiles and briefings for midlevel gift officers.
• Ensure accurate data entry of donor engagement activities and support budgeting and forecasting.

This role supports Earthjustice's mission to protect the environment and combat climate change by enabling effective fundraising from midlevel donors, thereby providing critical resources for legal advocacy.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience or associate's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills and database management skills required.
• Strong knowledge of a constituent relationship management (CRM) system.
