Prospect Development Analyst

• Lead portfolio management for the Justice Partners team, including planning and facilitating quarterly portfolio review meetings, preparing agendas and materials, and coordinating follow-up actions to drive donor movement and revenue growth.
• Manage prospect pipeline activity, including prospect referral, assignment, tracking, and portfolio integrity, while ensuring high standards of data quality and system use.
• Conduct proactive and responsive midlevel prospect identification and research, preparing clear prospect profiles and briefings to support donor strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of donor engagement data in the CRM, support donor budgeting and revenue forecasting, and improve data management systems.

This role helps Earthjustice secure funding to protect people’s health, preserve natural places and wildlife, advance clean energy, and combat climate change through effective donor engagement and data-driven fundraising strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience or associate's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work with data sets and numbers.
• Excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and database management skills with ability to produce reports and use advanced functions.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of a constituent relationship management (CRM) system.
