What you will drive
- Lead the global bid process from opportunity qualification through development, review, submission, and handover
- Architect high-value proposals by collaborating with Business Development, Engineering, and Product teams to craft tailored business cases
- Manage all aspects of RFPs and commercial responses with strategic insight and competitiveness
- Review RFPs, terms and conditions to ensure proposals are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with internal governance

What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years managing bids, tenders, or complex commercial proposals in a B2B environment
- Strong grounding in pricing strategy, commercial modelling, and development of high-stakes proposals
- Exceptional ability to synthesize information, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders across technical and commercial functions
- Advanced Excel skills for data modeling and analysis; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
