Proposal Manager (all genders)

Core responsibilities:

• Planning and drafting monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management solutions for utility scale photovoltaic, BESS and hybrid power plants
• First technical contact for our sales department and our customers
• Interface between the sales departments, utility solutions and other internal departments
• Supervision of project inquiries until the order

This role contributes to renewable energy solutions by developing monitoring and management systems for photovoltaic, battery storage, and hybrid power plants, supporting the transition to sustainable energy.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Strong interest in technical problem-solving and innovation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
