Project Quality Specialist

• Plan, organize, and monitor Quality activities on projects from tendering phase to project handover
• Maintain, manage, and improve the certified Quality Management System (QMS)
• Perform assessments and audits to improve processes and lead improvement projects
• Drive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) to ensure compliance with requirements

This role contributes to the energy transition across growing market segments like hydrogen, data centers, and e-mobility by ensuring project quality and continuous improvement, which helps the organization maintain its market leadership and achieve growth targets.

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Quality, preferably within project-based business/Engineering environment
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, methodologies, and tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement frameworks like Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and 8D
