Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and run project activities on military AI and advanced AI, including organizing dialogues, monitoring developments, and translating insights into programme materials
- Build relationships and represent HD's AIET team by developing links with experts, representing HD at meetings, and collaborating with regional teams
- Contribute to donor relations, reporting and strategic development of the AIET programme through project implementation, fundraising, and strategic planning

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 4-5 years' experience in AI policy, peace and conflict, disarmament, diplomacy, or technology policy
- Subject matter expertise on military applications of AI and/or advanced AI safety with familiarity with government positions and international governance initiatives
- Existing network in AI governance space including governments, AI companies, experts or multilateral bodies
- Master's degree in peace and conflict studies, international relations, technology policy or related field
- Excellent English communication skills and comfort operating in diplomatic settings
