Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Project management of prioritized, cross-cutting development projects from start to finish
- Contribute to building and consolidating the Project Management Office (PMO), including application and further development of SSI's common project model and templates
- Quality assurance of projects and status reporting, supporting governance and decision-making processes
- Sparring and support to project managers in the organization and contribution to a learning environment for project management

Required qualifications:
- Academic natural science background with understanding of complex laboratory and operational environments
- Solid experience with project management, preferably in a structured project model
- Experience working with steering committees, governance, and management reporting
- Experience with or interest in portfolio management and strategic prioritization
