Project Manager

• Manage delivery of inspection services, including deployment of autonomous drones and field technicians to wind farms.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and project execution; track field performance to optimize efficiency.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; provide customer-focused service and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Oversee project phases independently, ensuring on-time, accurate, and efficient completion.

By managing inspection services for wind turbines, this role directly supports the renewable energy industry, helping to reduce the cost and risk of operations and enabling more efficient, sustainable energy production.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, project management, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, planning, and communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, fast changes, and competing priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency.
