Project Manager (Renewables Focus)

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of renewable energy projects from design through construction
• Lead design, permitting, construction, community engagement, and establish/achieve critical project milestones
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
• Identify project opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage project financials

This role contributes to the development of renewable energy infrastructure including solar PV, battery storage, wind, and next-generation energy systems, helping accelerate the transition to clean energy.

Required qualifications:

• Strong understanding of engineering design, interconnection, electrical equipment and construction processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead matrixed design teams and manage client-approved engineering consultants
• Strong working knowledge of the renewables market and utilities

Offers freedom and flexibility to work remotely and/or be located at various Energy offices across the United States.
