Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing flexible workplans using Asana to manage multiple priorities and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Managing engagement with project funders, team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitoring PG Helpline-related work of technology partners and subcontractors, guiding programmatic and fiscal progress
  • Preparing and submitting required progress reports, data reports, and documentation to ensure contract compliance

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant work experience in leadership or management capacity (or seven+ years without degree)
  • Experience working in substance use, problem gambling, helplines/contact centers, and/or behavioral health service programs
  • Commitment to health and racial equity with understanding of root causes of inequities and racism as public health crisis
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong organizational abilities
