  • Develop fundraising opportunities, manage relationships with funders, and write funding applications
  • Line manage, mentor, and provide pastoral care for project team members including policy fellows, project assistants and interns

Required qualifications:

  • Educated to Master's level or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years in think tanks, NGOs, or government working on international security issues
  • Demonstrable knowledge of South Asian military security issues and nuclear weapons policy
  • Strong track record of publications, fundraising experience, and organizing policy roundtables and workshops
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
