Required qualifications:
- Educated to Master's level or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years in think tanks, NGOs, or government working on international security issues
- Demonstrable knowledge of South Asian military security issues and nuclear weapons policy
- Strong track record of publications, fundraising experience, and organizing policy roundtables and workshops
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
