Project Manager, Operational Reporting & Insights

• Design, build, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations for warehouse teams to track efficiency and quality metrics.
• Develop and standardize new operational and quality metrics to measure and improve in-warehouse repair performance globally.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and proactively monitor operational data trends to flag risks and inefficiencies.
• Drive global operational improvement by identifying bottlenecks and spearheading initiatives to optimize repair, tool, and space utilization.

This role directly contributes to Lime's mission of making transportation shared, affordable, and carbon-free by optimizing warehouse operations, reducing waste, and improving efficiency, thereby supporting the scaling of sustainable micromobility globally.

• 2+ years of experience driving operational improvements through data insights in a global operations organization.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Mastery of advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas for data manipulation and ad-hoc analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with frontline teams and senior leaders.
