Project Manager LiftEd

Lead the development and implementation of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives. Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates and reports. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Analyze project financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement best practices. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

5+ years of experience in project management, Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope, Strong leadership and communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, Experience with project management tools and software, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
