Mission
What you will drive
Lead line-stringing construction projects to ensure the agreed scope is delivered within budget, quality and customer expectations.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Ensure scope, budget, and quality standards are understood; define project governance; develop comprehensive plans with engineering teams; gather requirements; conduct site inspections; create detailed construction plans and schedules; monitor progress; complete status reports.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics for timely availability of materials and equipment; manage resource allocation including labour and subcontractors.
- Issues and Risk Management: Facilitate resolution or escalation of project issues; identify and mitigate risks related to construction challenges, compliance, and external factors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customer and contractor teams; liaise with internal teams, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders; coordinate resources and manage dependencies.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations; collaborate with safety and quality control teams.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation; generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead project post-mortems; contribute to development of best practices and processes.
