What you will drive
- Drive execution through strong project management by translating program priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create visibility and alignment by tracking progress across initiatives against goals, KPIs, and grant commitments.
- Build operational clarity by maintaining organized systems, including trackers, dashboards, and shared resources.
- Enable collaboration across teams by coordinating input, managing deliverables, and supporting cross-team review and sign-off.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least three years of experience managing projects, programs, or complex workstreams, ideally in a nonprofit, policy, or mission-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Experience using tools or systems to track deliverables, timelines, and workflows (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including facilitating meetings and driving clear follow-through.
