Project Manager

• Implement and manage projects in accordance with contractual requirements and company processes, ensuring overall performance, schedule compliance, cash flow, and budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Strategically manage client expectations and evaluate out-of-scope work for strategic project gains.
• Develop project plans/schedules, drive teams to deliver on time and within budget, and prepare status reports for internal management and customers.

This role delivers vital train control solutions that enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of rail transportation, contributing to reduced emissions and improved public transit infrastructure.

• 10+ years of experience in related industry or technical/aerospace field, and 10+ years as a project manager.
• University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Telecommunications, or Informatics) or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) railway signaling systems.
• Proven ability to handle high-complexity projects in multicultural, international settings and coordinate multiple remote teams.

Salary: $115,976 - $148,923 (CAD).
