Mission
What you will drive
- Implement and manage projects in accordance with contractual requirements and company processes, ensuring overall performance, schedule compliance, cash flow, and budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Strategically manage client expectations and evaluate out-of-scope work for strategic project gains.
- Develop project plans/schedules, drive teams to deliver on time and within budget, and prepare status reports for internal management and customers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in related industry or technical/aerospace field, and 10+ years as a project manager.
- University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Telecommunications, or Informatics) or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) railway signaling systems.
- Proven ability to handle high-complexity projects in multicultural, international settings and coordinate multiple remote teams.
