Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead rail corridor land acquisition projects to convert former rail lines into public greenway trails, including railbanking and corridor preservation.
  • Coordinate all stages of acquisition projects, manage due diligence (title, survey, appraisal, environmental), and support purchase negotiations.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities, and assist with securing funding through grant applications and budget coordination.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5–8 years of experience in real estate transactions, land acquisition, conservation real estate, or related project management.
  • Experience managing real estate due diligence processes (title, survey, appraisal, environmental review) preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and databases.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 30% or more.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000. Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), remote position with travel.
