Project Manager - Germany

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the inverter, MV station and battery storage supply contract and ensuring compliance with the obligations derived from it (scope of works, delivery dates and budget) and customer satisfaction
• Main point of contact for the customer along the project, from the purchase order until the successful commissioning
• Coordinate internally subcontracted companies, the product management, sales and service team in the context of the project
• Project technical documentation management
• Accompany the customer in FAT or SAT when required

This role contributes to advancing solar PV and battery storage technology deployment, supporting the transition to renewable energy solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
• ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry (candidates with experience in EPC companies are desirable)
• English and German C1, other languages always welcome
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
• Strong negotiation skills and used to work on multitask and multi-project environment
• Knowledge about battery storage is a plus
