Project Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide energy storage projects from contract initiation through to commercial operation
• Manage all integration services, product supply, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project aspects
• Coordinate project cost, scheduling, quality, risk, and client commitments across multiple projects
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and develop project plans, schedules, and performance metrics

This role contributes to the development and implementation of energy storage systems, which are critical for enabling renewable energy integration and creating more resilient, sustainable power grids.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines (Electrical, civil, mechanical, etc.)
• 5+ years in Project Management or related roles with direct field experience in fast-paced environments
• 3+ years' experience managing large projects through all phases of execution
• Understanding of power conditioning systems and battery energy storage systems
• Familiarity with engineering and construction industry practices
• Knowledge of EPC commercial terms and mitigation strategies
• Willingness to travel (10-20%)
