Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain organizational systems and infrastructure that promote cross-team collaboration, operational effectiveness, and program quality
- Manage implementation of engagement programs, translating strategic priorities into detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between engagement, editorial, operations, and development teams
- Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of major organization-wide initiatives focused on strengthening impact- and engagement-centered journalism practices

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, program operations, or nonprofit program coordination
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and dependencies
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with ability to design infrastructure that scales
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to facilitate meetings and document outcomes clearly
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Budget management and financial tracking experience
- Proficiency with project management tools, collaborative workspaces, and data tracking systems
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion with experience centering diverse perspectives in program execution

- Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience (for US-based employees)
