Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams, establish execution approaches, and oversee project hand-over, planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
  • Ensure projects follow execution best practices and company policies, monitor and control project progress, financials, risks, and opportunities, and drive formal project closure and customer acceptance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and work instructions, lead project reviews and competency assessments, and actively participate in internal and external expert groups to enhance project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as key customer contact and escalation point, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program, with a minimum of ten years of experience in managing Turnkey EPC Electrification/Generation projects.
  • PMP certification and experience leading EPC projects in areas such as HVDC, interconnection substation projects, transmission & distribution, renewable energy generation (solar, wind), and battery storage systems.
  • Proven ability to develop business, establish client relationships, lead proposal efforts, handle large volumes of work, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and apply intensive knowledge of principles and practices to broad assignments.
  • Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
