Project Manager

• Define clear project goals and scope, develop strategic resource plans, and manage timelines to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery
• Partner with estimating, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams to align project deliverables and proactively mitigate risk
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies, provide regular updates to both internal teams and external clients, and manage project change control
• Ensure all projects comply with design specifications, operational standards, and safety regulations (ISO 9001:2015)

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience managing projects within the electrical equipment and manufacturing industry
• Ability to comprehend electrical engineering design documentation such as specifications, wiring schematics, one-lines and site drawings
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with experience in manufacturing ERP systems like SAP or Acumatica preferred
