Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead multiple projects concurrently involving the installation and retrofitting of software and hardware solutions into client sites with focus on optical sorters.
  • Manage data and AI model deployment pipelines to fulfil client goals.
  • Guide UK and international clients through all aspects of each project, including hardware installation, and update them on the project status via regular client meetings and presentations.
  • Establish, monitor and maintain budgets through the entire project lifecycle, reporting clearly upon conclusion.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Previous experience in an environment involving operations, project management or manufacturing.
  • Experience in a similar role either retrofitting or installing new cutting edge software and hardware solutions into heavy industrial environments.
  • Organised project manager used to working on medium-cycle, complex and fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and get stuck-in with waste (e.g., sampling, testing, or helping build a robot frame).
