Project Management Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of internal projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design through go-live and post-implementation support
• Serve as main point of contact for teams, aligning technical staff, management, outside resources and executive stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
• Manage multiple simultaneous engagements in complex environments while keeping projects within scope and budget
• Coordinate with Testing Departments, Quality/Regulatory Assurance, Quality Control, and Management Team to ensure seamless handoffs and dependencies

This role creates positive change by making a direct impact on healthcare through improving organizational workflow and ensuring successful project completion that supports healthcare testing operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple simultaneous engagements in complex environments
• Ability to work across ambiguous situations and adapt enterprise PM practices to lean and dynamic models
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to facilitate communication between all parties involved
• Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
