What you will drive
Center for Caregiver Advancement is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Coordinator to support our growing Project & Portfolio Management Office (PMO). This role plays a key part in keeping on track, streamlining systems, and ensuring teams stay aligned from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys structure, collaboration, and has experience using Monday.com to bring clarity and momentum to complex projects. What You’ll Do Support planning and coordination of cross-functional projects from Kickoff through completion Maintain project timelines, documentation, and tracking within Monday.com Monitor progress, identify risks, and help teams stay aligned on deliverables. Schedule meetings, capture action items, and follow up on next steps Facilitate communication between internal teams, partners, and vendors Help strengthen project workflows, organization, and operational consistency Required Skills Previous project coordination experience Proficient in Monday.com and capable of using the tool to track project progress and resources Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find solutions quickly. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project timelines.
