Project Leader

Core responsibilities:

• Act as Henning Larsen's senior presence in Western Australia, embedded in major city-shaping projects
• Provide day-to-day management of large-scale projects based in Western Australia
• Serve as primary Perth-based representative, working closely with Sydney team while providing on-the-ground leadership, coordination, and support
• Contribute to new project pursuits and broader business development efforts across Western Australia

This role contributes to long-term West Coast growth through city-shaping projects that create human-centred architecture and award-winning designs.

Required qualifications:

• Strategic and delivery-focused approach to project leadership
• Experience managing large-scale projects in architecture/design context
• Ability to work closely with remote teams while providing local leadership
• Experience with business development and new project pursuits
