Project Leader

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Act as Henning Larsen's senior presence in Western Australia, embedded in major city-shaping projects
• Take on day-to-day management of large-scale projects based in Western Australia
• Act as primary Perth-based representative, working closely with Sydney team while providing on-the-ground leadership, coordination, and support
• Contribute to new project pursuits and broader business development efforts across Western Australia

This role contributes to long-term West Coast growth through city-shaping projects and helps deliver award-winning, human-centred architecture across Australia.

Required qualifications:

• Strategic and delivery-focused approach to project leadership
• Experience managing large-scale projects
• Ability to work closely with remote teams while providing local leadership
• Experience in business development and project pursuits
