Project Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, budget, schedule, and execution of design and development work for a single system project supporting medium to large-scale project deliverables
• Coordinate inputs and performance commitments from Responsible Engineers and matrixed departments including Finance, Subcontracts/Procurement, Engineering, Licensing, Quality/Safety
• Manage performance of subcontractors, partners, and internal staff through status meetings, documentation, design reviews, and deliverables
• Make decisions on technical approaches and acceptability of deliverables based on acceptance criteria in line with project governance

This role contributes to the development of nuclear energy systems that support clean energy solutions and reduce carbon emissions through advanced reactor technology.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
• Typically seven plus years' experience in engineering, project management, or related industry experience
• Experience as a technical lead, proposal manager, or pursuit lead
• Experience working under nuclear regulatory codes or another strict QA program (e.g., NQA-1, N299, ISO-9001)
