AECOM Canada is looking for an experienced Project Information Specialist to join our team to support the Canada Water business line and be responsible for the quality and organization of incoming and outgoing project-related information.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with internal team members and project managers to ensure project health and quality standards are being met, offering best practice advice where possible.
  • Research, collect and evaluate project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.
  • Develop tracking tools and Power BI dashboards to monitor scope, system performance, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and implement document change processes, including developing clear standards for documentation and governance.
  • Perform ad hoc project management support tasks regarding Information management.
  • Drive project policy compliancy where needed
  • Help identify project issues and risks
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project information
  • Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.
  • May serve as a resource to others in the resolution issues.
  • May orient, train, assign, and do a quality review of data
  • Perform day to day admin tasks regarding Information management.
  • Collaborate with external and internal team members to ensure that project solutions are utilized in the most efficient manner. Offering best practice advice where possible.
