Project Engineer

• Lead end-to-end technical design, engineering, procurement, and construction of commercial and utility-scale solar projects.
• Manage internal and external engineering resources to deliver high-quality, cost-effective systems meeting safety, performance, and reliability goals.
• Provide technical supervision of contractors during installation and support construction through RFI responses, site visits, and QA/QC reviews.

This role accelerates the deployment of renewable energy solutions that reduce carbon emissions, lower energy costs for working-class communities, and create local job opportunities and workforce training.

• 3-5 years of commercial solar energy system design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (PE preferred).
• Proficiency with PVSyst, AutoCAD, PVcase, ArcGIS, Helioscope, or Aurora Solar.
• Knowledge of NEC code and expertise in solar plant equipment.

Annual base salary: $85,000 – $115,000. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), professional development, paid time off, and work flexibility. Great Place to Work Certified.
