Mission
What you will drive
- Provide performance analysis, design expertise, and independent engineering due diligence on high-voltage substation, gen-tie, and balance of plant deliverables for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects
- Partner with internal and external contacts as a subject matter expert on technical matters relating to substation and gen-tie design, HV/MV equipment, and supporting electrical balance of plant systems
- Evaluate new technologies and design methodologies applicable to PV and energy storage projects
- Ensure applicable codes, design standards, and technical requirements are met throughout the engineering, procurement and construction process

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-voltage and/or substation engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software programs
- Subject matter expertise in specific types of equipment with understanding of technical specifications, advantages, and risks
