Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary project management lead across Living Carbon's active carbon project portfolio, owning timelines, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects advance toward financeability and registration
- Build, manage, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows that connect our Forestry, Carbon, Finance, and Land teams around shared project development goals
- Prepare and maintain structured project reporting, synthesizing field activities, milestones, and risks into clear materials for project finance partners and investor updates
- Own and manage reporting deliverables to capital and project finance stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of project-level data and status updates

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in project management, product management, product operations, consulting, or a generalist business role, ideally in a startup, growth-stage company, infrastructure, or climate-adjacent environment
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing cross-functional workflows and keeping diverse teams aligned toward a common deliverable
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical or complex information into clear, actionable narratives for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, environmental science, economics, or a related field
