Mission
What you will drive
- Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and accountability alignment within Antora's commercial teams to accelerate deals to final investment decision (FID).
- Build and maintain commercial contract and risk tracking tools to ensure deal team alignment and visibility for stakeholders.
- Partner with legal and business development teams to de-risk land control and represent Antora to local community leaders for permitting.
- Set negotiation strategy for key commercial contracts.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years (associate) or 5-8+ years (senior) or 12+ years (staff/principal) experience in project management developing wind, solar, storage, or other large renewable power projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to advance energy deals to FID and contract execution.
- Proven experience in mitigating deal/project risks and managing de-risking workstreams.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
