What you will drive

Core responsibilities for the Project Data Assistant:

  • Validate expectations with customers before, during, and after project completion while performing excellent customer service
  • Successfully manage multiple solar projects through all phases from sales proposals and design through project completion and closeout
  • Serve as liaison between field technicians, department management, government bodies, and customers while handling all inquiries, questions, and complaints
  • Review and oversee completed plans and project documentation for accuracy while monitoring equipment production to ensure product integrity

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills with extraordinary commitment to customer service
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • Knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce
  • Experience with solar projects and ability to function in all phases of project development
